Web Programmer
Location: Makati
Salary: negotiable
Responsibilities:
• Providing support to Call Center Software which includes configuring new campaigns, and modifying existing campaigns to fit client’s specifications.
• Resolving highly complex technical issues and conducting advanced research
• Providing support to Workforce Management in report generation
• Technical planning, design, development and maintenance of systems application software, if and when needed.
• Performing database backups and ensuring overall database integrity for multiple databases
• Contribute substantially to the system architecture, and take ownership for the design and development of major components and sub-systems
• Participate in design and code reviews, documentation of design, implementation of methodologies to ensure high quality software
• Coordinate and manage resolution with end user and other IT teams
• Developing and maintenance of the company’s information system.
• Providing Call Center support to include programming and monitoring of call flow routing, report generation and interpretation
• Coordinate and manage resolution with end user and other IT teams
Required Skills:
• BS in computer science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience
• 2 years minimum experience with HTML, XML. Creation of XML documents.
• 2 years minimum Web programming experience, including PHP and/ or ASP and /or VB.net
• 1 / 2 year minimum experience working with relational database systems such as MySQL, MSSQL and a good working knowledge of SQL and SSIS/SSRS
• Experience in web developing and implementing open source software projects
• Self-starter with strong programming skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Very Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Flexible and willing to work in shifting schedule
