Job Description:
Required to program the client’s programming requirements based on the provided specifications, and to provide system support/technical knowledge by fixing defects raised including but not limited to the following activities:

a) Create technical specifications of programs/interfaces based on functional specification provided;
b) Assist to implement client’s requirements using technologies such as ABAP/4, SAPScripts, Smartforms, Data Migration, Reports, Interfaces, Portals/ESS/MSS, BSP/Web, Web Dynpro, SAP Workflow
c) Involve in the programs/interfaces’ Unit Testing including creating sufficient test data to complete scenario testing;
d) Thoroughly document any new programs/interfaces including system documentation and online help documentation;
e) Maintain up to date knowledge of SAP Products and SAP related news;
f) Ensure that the template guideline are adhered to;
g) Resolve 2nd and 3rd level support issues logged with the AP Support Centre within SLA timeframes – specifically investigating issues, identifying cause designing and implementation solutions, perform sufficient testing and updating required documentation;\
h) Adherence to the Company’s programming guidelines and quality control processes;
i) Design and creation of interfaces to 3rd party systems such as HR, Finance, SEM, BW Systems, using technology such as IDOC’s, ALE, BAPI’s and XML;

a) Contributes to decisions by gathering data and research.
b) Ability to understand and work with different cultures professionally;
c) Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
d) Familiar of SAP in HR/Payroll ABAP and design
e) Advance in payroll programming knowledge and the necessary competencies to deliver the maximum value to our clients;
f) Analytical thinking/problem solving skills – work systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities or manage the situation at hand, identify causes, relationships and implications;
g) Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project and Visio to effectively update and maintain documentation.

• College graduate
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in SAP HR (Payroll)
• Operations Support experience is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in:
• PI/XI, Interface
• Smartforms / HR Forms
• Object Oriented Programming in ABAP
• Advantage – Certified SAP Technical (ABAP) Consultant
